Condition Guide
Brand New
Never opened, never used. Most of these are still sealed in the original retail box; a few are brand new but the original box got lost, dented, or swapped along the way — either way, nobody has used the product itself.
New, Open Box
Opened, but never used. Usually a customer return that was never actually taken out or tried — the box was opened for a look, a photo, or a return scan, and that's it. Original packaging may not be included.
Like New
Looks and works like new. May have been briefly tried, tested, or displayed, but there's nothing more than light, easy-to-miss wear. Every item here has been checked over before it's listed.
Good Condition
Fully functional, with the normal signs of a product that's actually been used — light scuffs, scratches, or cosmetic marks. None of it affects how the item performs, it just means it's been out of the box.
As-Is / Final Sale
Sold as-is — priced to match. May be missing a minor accessory or part (noted on the listing when we know), or may need a small repair. Because of that, this condition is final sale, no returns.
