Refund and Returns Policy – Orbixis

We want you to love what you buy at Orbixis, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns Overview

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or personal hygiene items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items


⚠️ Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted:

  • Books with signs of use

  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl, etc.)

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns requested after the 30-day window


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider


Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Reach out to your bank (some processing delays are normal)

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@orbixis.com with your order details.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive gift credit once your return is received

  • A gift certificate will be sent to your email or mailing address

If the gift wasn’t marked or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue the refund directly to them.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your refund is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted from the total refund

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for valuable items
