🔄 Returns Overview
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If more than 10 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Please do not send items back to the manufacturer

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or personal hygiene items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

⚠️ Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted:

  • Books with signs of use

  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl, etc.)

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns requested after the 10-day window

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, but we aim to complete within 10 business days

Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Reach out to your bank (some processing delays are normal)

  • Still no luck? Please contact us at support@orbixis.com

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@orbixis.com with your order details.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive gift credit once your return is received

  • A gift certificate will be sent to your email or mailing address

  • If the gift wasn’t marked or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue the refund directly to them
