🔄 Returns Overview
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If more than 10 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

It must be returned in the original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or personal hygiene items

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Gift cards

Downloadable software

Certain health and personal care items
⚠️ Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted:

Books with signs of use

Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl, etc.)

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Returns requested after the 10-day window

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed

A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, but we aim to complete within 10 business days

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@orbixis.com with your order details.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive gift credit once your return is received

A gift certificate will be sent to your email or mailing address

If the gift wasn’t marked or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue the refund directly to them
